Github actions running out of disk space

Hi folks,

Our CI builds are failing because we’re running out of disk space. There are a variety of ways to address this problem, most of them complicated and messy and I don’t wanna.

The “easy” fix is to checkout less of the repository history. So I’ve done that. I’ve limited the history to a depth of 100. That should reduce the disk space footprint.

It also means we can’t make diffs off baselines more than 100 revisions back. “That never happens, right?” I bet it does.

Consider this a stop-gap. Let’s see if it works.

Merge the latest push I made to master to get this change.
