Good idea. People should add their proposals as individual sub-sections inside this page: http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/ra/wiki/Proposals_for_6692.

I've gone ahead and created four proposal:

A. remove @Mode, leave wse:Delivery with attribute and element extension
B. remove @Mode, leave wse:Delivery w/out attribute extensibility
C. remove wse:Delivery element and all it's sub-elements
D. close with no action

I've also added some text on the pros and cons of each proposal. Feel free to add proposals and/or edit the proposals you feel strongly about.

Actually, we really should spread the work around and people who have proposals that they actually want considered should upload them to that page.  With so many proposals out there I suspect most are probably old/dead and we should focus on just the ones that people are serious enough about to take the time to add to the page.

I figured you had a lot on your plate so I've started the Wiki page for this AI here: http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/ra/wiki/Proposals_for_6692.

I think it is a good idea to use the Wiki as that makes it easier to do group editing of the proposal text.
