W3C WS-Choreography group - Example Sub Group - Teleconference Notes for 1 June 2004 8:30pm (UK time) 1. Role Call: Tony Fletcher (Choreology), Mayilraj Krishnan (Cisco), Steve Ross-Talbot (Co-Chair - Enigmatec), Abbie Barbir (Nortel), Greg Ritzinger (Novell), Nickolas Kavantzas (Oracle), Monica Martin (Sun), Yves Lafon (W3C staff), Charlton Barreto (webMethods) MK in the chair MK: Went thro list so we have Travel Agent, Supply Chain Management (both from req doc), TWIST (two categories simple and complete) MK: The idea is how to cover all of the lang constructs in the examples or across a range of them. MK: Main idea is to complete the examples and then stock take against the key idea/focus of the use cases. to the group SRT: TWIST will be a set of layered use cases. NK will liaise with MK on other use cases over and above those fragments in the document today. GR: use case is not totally complete yet. Needs a little more work. MK: to take the remaining use case. SRT: Does Dave/Greg or Nick have any advice on the reuse issue on choreo example. DB: Try using a PERFORM as a sub choreo of the main choreos. MK: XMLP has a primer with examples. Are we going in the direction of XMLP and reusing the examples as part of the primer. SRT: Gets my vote DB: Yup gets mine too. Importantly they act as a major source of education.
