that if you had ws-a top level address assertion with no nested
assertions it means no restrictions on the endpoint. this could
be interpreted as meaning it supports anon and non-anon.
Another interpretation could be that it supports ws-a and no
other additional claim is made. there are well defined soap
faults that can sent if either anon or non-anon is supported
and you can try them and see what happens. Anish likes
that
