APIs enabling supplementary functions, such as recording, image capture, and screen sharing are also in scope. We encourage early discussion of this draft charter in this public issue: https://github.com/w3c/strategy/issues/563 Members may use w3c-ac-forum@w3.org (archive [1]) for general expressions of interest and support for the charter, but please use the public forum for detailed discussion. Section 4.2 of the Process Document [2] describes activities during charter refinement and the role of the Chartering Facilitator of this charter to seek consensus among those who provide feedback about it. The W3C Team estimates that this charter refinement will last until approximately 2026-08-25.
