fippo has just submitted a new pull request for https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-extensions:

== alwaysNegotiateDataChannels: disallow setConfiguration ==
which can cause trouble and is not worth it.

@docfaraday does that work? (apart from the question whether we can modify an RFC ;-))
