lindell has just submitted a new pull request for https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-encoded-transform: == Add standalone constructor for RTCEncodedAudioFrame == # Summary Adds a standalone constructor for `RTCEncodedAudioFrame`: - Introduces `RTCEncodedAudioFrameInit` dictionary and `RTCAudioContentType` enum. - Overloads the `RTCEncodedAudioFrame` constructor to allow constructing frames from raw data and metadata without an origin frame. # Motivation Previously, `RTCEncodedAudioFrame` instances could only be cloned from existing frames within an active transform stream. This constructor enables web applications to create and inject encoded audio frames from scratch (e.g., custom encoded audio, WebCodecs output, etc.).
