jan-ivar has just submitted a new pull request for https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-pc: == Clarify when events are fired on SCTP & DTLS transports == Replaces normative steps inside enum state descriptions about when events are expected to be fired, with explicit algorithms that fire events called from the appropriate place.
