[mediacapture-record] frame rate won't stay consistent (#233)

I am using a Logitech Pro 920 webcam and a Fifine dynamic mic for a paid project. When I test the video, I get 30 fps every time (3 times before the project), and then, right before the project, no issues with the mic. BUT when the final recording is done, I get a flag saying the frame rate dropped to 29.73, and it always appears at the same time for each recording. Light has never been a problem. I checked and upgraded the graphics driver, went through a slew of settings with a tech person, am plugged into Ethernet, and had the Wi-Fi company check the wiring (they made some corrections and rerouted my cable).  Below are settings:

✅ Anti-flicker: NTSC 60 Hz — Correct for the U.S.
✅ Auto Focus: On — Good, as long as it isn't constantly hunting for focus. If the image stays sharp, leave it on.
✅ Auto Exposure: On — Fine for now.
✅ Low Light Compensation: Off — Good, especially since your room is bright.
✅ Auto White Balance: On — Fine.
✅ Brightness: 128 — That's the middle/default setting, which is a reasonable place to start.

Any ideas on how I can keep the frame rate at 30 fps? Uou could land a plane in the room I work in. Before the actual project, the video looks VERY bright, the actual "done" video lessens the light. I'm no computer expert, but everything is fine until I sync the video and mic. HELP!!
