W3C Web Payments IG - Refining the Mission

The chairs and W3C staff will use the answers to help guide the upcoming Face to Face meeting on July 1. It is important to answer the questions even, and maybe ESPECIALLY, if you will not be able to attend the meeting. This questionnaire is organized as the following sections:
1) General Feedback: these questions are related to IG participation not related to any particular topic.
2) Scorecards: there is one section for some of our current IG topics, asking for feedback.
3) Potential Topic Areas: there is one section for identified potential topic areas, asking for feedback.
