Re: Should we Drop Patch Map Format 1?

I don't currently have data on the size difference, but from what I
remember from early format development testing, it was around 5-10%, but
that may not have been from the final versions of either format. I'll start
by gathering the eligibility data and see if I can also get some more
current sample size difference numbers.
