2. Discuss remaining [open issues and tests](https://github.com/w3c/ift-client-tests/issues) - approaches / resources needed / expectations / development timeline.
3. Update on [the ift-encoder implementation](https://github.com/w3c/ift-encoder/pulls?q=is%3Apr+is%3Aclosed) - recent changes, performance evaluation & findings on open source font collections runs, etc.
4. Extras / AOB.
