Please try and arrive a few minutes early in the lobby to create a visitors badge, and then we can head to lunch together.

I'm fairly sure this wouldn't have been a problem but just in case - visitors are not required to sign an NDA as a condition of entry? Since this is a public meeting (public minutes) and no Google-proprietary material is being discussed.

Lack of NDA is a W3C condition for meeting hosting, I should have mentioned it earlier.
