Is there a time you would *like* to schedule? I suggest not in the first hour, as that is usually dedicated to settling an overview of the agenda, getting rid of quick issues or deciding they are hard and need some time. If you don't care, I propose to aim for around 11am - adjustable depending on coffee breaks - for up to 1 hour.
