Thanks @foldl I've renamed the API to `getMTU()` in the CL and reworded the documentation/commit message to describe the ATT MTU as the value established by the ATT MTU exchange procedure, specifically, the minimum of the two peers' receive MTUs, rather than a "negotiated" value.
