Review Recommendation
several issues with metadata document - "expectedResult" and "resources" directory path, also references to SC numbers and technique numbers (what happens if these change?) - also have concern about validating to TCDL (what happens if TCDL goes away/changes?) Finally, have some issues with techniques related to this test. If these and concerns raised in tables are addressed, OK with this going to "assigned"
