Apologies for the late reply and not having updated the extension section yet.
The ServiceWorkerRegistration [1] interface and the ExtendableEvent [2] interface are the interfaces to be extended by Task scheduler API. They are now defined in the spec, but the extension guide is still missing. I'll update the status next week.
