John: Any objections to publishing the current draft of the note?

RESOLUTION: The current draft will be published

XLink Note

John: When will final draft be available for comment/review?

Len: Later today

John: Let's set June 1st as the due date for final comments on XLink
... On June 1st, we'll see if we have consensus on XLink
... We'll also hold off on publishing EPR note until XLink note has reached consensus, then publish both notes simultaneously
