2 PR's are ready to merge with a couple of reviews, please!

- Move Jano from Contributor to Editor’s list - per agreement at the last meeting https://github.com/w3c/sdw-sosa-ssn/pull/424

- BFO/CCO alignment https://github.com/w3c/sdw-sosa-ssn/pull/401 the basic framework is complete. We might get some more detail from CCO people, but we don't think anything there now is incorrect.
