Folks, I was considering posting something like this on LinkedIn: After more than three years of work, the W3C RDF & SPARQL Working Group has now advanced its first two specifications to W3C’s “Candidate Recommendation” status. These specifications are now available as W3C Candidate Recommendation Snapshots: RDF 1.2 Concepts and Abstract Data Model: https://www.w3.org/TR/2026/CR-rdf12-concepts-20260407/ RDF 1.2 Semantics: https://www.w3.org/TR/2026/CR-rdf12-semantics-20260407/ Other specifications will follow soon. The Working Group is interested in the implementation experience of the new specifications, and would like to hear from parties currently implementing RDF 1.2 or considering doing that. --Dr. Ora Lassila ora@lassila.org https://www.lassila.org/
