FYI about TDM AI opt-out: Once a content provider has expressed his reservation of TDM rights via TDMRep, he can express a fine-grained acceptance of use of its content via IETF signals: - The current vocabulary draft from the IETF is https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-aipref-vocab/ It defines two terms: AI Model Training, and Search. - I'm proposing other terms related to AI inference in https://github.com/ietf-wg-aipref/drafts/issues/172#issuecomment-4421075048: AI Grounding, AI Input and AI Remix. The question is: it is what publishers really need? Note: There is no doubt in the IETF working group that A11y requirements override publishers' signals.
