Hello, I wanted to flag two tools I've been developing that may be of interest to the group, given their focus on the EPUB accessibility space. AnalizePub (analizepub.app) is a free, browser-based EPUB auditor. It checks files against EPUB Accessibility 1.1 and WCAG 2.1 AA and returns a structured report with no installation or account required. It's open source under an MIT licence. AccesPub (accespub.app) is a SaaS platform that automates remediation of deterministic structural and metadata issues in legacy EPUBs — errors with an unambiguous correct answer that don't require editorial judgment. It's aimed at publishers with large backlist catalogs working toward EAA compliance. Both tools were built with direct reference to EPUB Accessibility 1.1 and the ABE Lab report (EDRLab / Fondazione LIA / KB, 2024). The backlist remediation problem — large volumes of older files that predate current accessibility standards — is one that seems underrepresented in the available tooling, and AccesPub is an attempt to address it at scale. I'm sharing this in case either tool is useful as a reference, or relevant to any ongoing discussions around implementation support for the standard. Best regards, Alberto Barajas ab serveis | www.abserveis.net <http://www.abserveis.net/> accespub.app | analizepub.app
