[a11y] Accessibility task force meetings cancelled during summer break

Dear all,

the meeting participation have started to reduce significantly due to
ongoing summer breaks in Europe and North America.

Therefore, we are taking a break in accessibility task force meetings of
both PMWG and Publishing CG.

We will resume the meetings in mid-August.

With regards
