I ran a diff on the two documents and based on the results I did a quick compare of 2020 PRs. I can send it if anyone is interested in all the details. PR 151 included the first changes made to the Editor’s Draft of Content Module 1 and it was merged in June 2020. From what I can tell, none of the changes made to the Editor’s draft from that point forward are included in the Working Draft.
Here is a summary of the sections that have changed. A note has been added for misspellings that need to be fixed:
- Abstract: most of this section
- Table of Contents: Added Privacy and Security section and several and several other sections changed.
- This section is non-normative: Paragraph removed
- Section 2: changed from “Use Cases and Requirements” to “Terms” with new content.
- Section 3. Content: Editors note removed.
- 3.1.1 Description: A note was added related to Action and Destination token values.
- 3.1.2 Example: Example and note updated
- 3.1.3 Characteristics: Minor edit
- 3.1.4 Values: 4 values added. 5 values updated.
- 3.2.1 Description: Minor edit and note added related to Action and Destination token values.
- 3.2.2 Example: Minor edit and note added related to single token value and no default value.
- 3.2.4 Values: Minor edit.
- 3.3.1 Description: Minor edits. Note: the word “separated” is misspelled as “seperated”.
- 3.3.2 Example: Example added. Note: “textarea” is misspelled as “textare” in the first instance.
- 3.3.4 Values: Section rewritten and a note added related to language token and BCP47.
- 3.4.1 Description: Minor edit and note added related to single token value and no default value.
- 3.4.2 Examples: Example updated
- 3.4.4 Values: Minor edits and paragraph added related to critical controls and content.
