w3id.org - Adding a new admin to the climateobservations folder.

Dear Madam, Sir



I would like to ask if you can add me, as an administrator of the 
climateobservations folder [1].



The reason for that request is that my colleague Ammar (in cc) who originally 
created the folder left TU Dresden for another position recently. I am the new 
maintainer of the url.
