Hello Veronique, all

In the "Ontology for Media Object 1.0", I suggest adding a new SubClause inmediatly before the current "4.2 Property mapping table".
This would be a new "4.2 Mapping scope" describing how the mapping has been done and its reach. In turn, I would divide the section in two subclauses:
4.2.1 Semantic mapping
(degree and features of the semantic mappings)
4.2.2 Syntactic matching
(precise syntactic transformation for those cases when it is possible)

What do you think about this division?
About the 4.2.2., a discussion was started some weeks ago, with the examples of the date formats and the "FirstName" + "LastName" =  "Name" example, but no conclusion was reached. I would like to foster the debate again: What do you think about using XSLT or SWRL in order to express these transformations?

Folks,

The third F2F was successfully conducted at UPC in Barcelona.

Thanks to the hosts and all present participants! You did a really good job and we had some very constructive and discussions.

As a result of this meeting we now have a set of “Media Annotations Attributes”. It is a very important result since it will be the foundation of our second publication “Media Entity Ontology”.

THIS IS CALL TO ALL PARTICIPANTS OF MEDIA ANNOTATIONS WG TO PLEASE STUDY THIS TABLE AND PROVIDE COMMENTS! The table can be found on our Wiki:
