NineML and Saxon 11?

Hello folks,

I’m working on a big, complicated refactor to make it practical to port NineML to C# for SaxonCS version 13. (To support the fn:invisible-xml function on that platform.)

(Ultimately, I plan release an C# version of (at least most of) NineML as an independent .NET package, but that’s not my short-term goal.)

I can make my life substantially simpler by dropping support for
Saxon 11.x. If you’re reading this, and you will find that disruptive, please let me know.
