We started going through the draft requirements for adding pragmas in the most recent meeting, and got as far as item 5. Items 1-5 have now been agreed, with some changes to the wording. I’ll try to update the GitHub document tomorrow to reflect these changes. 

We agreed that we’d try to move the discussion forward on email. We’ll save final discussion about whether or not to adopt a particular requirement for the meeting, but we can use email to hash out suggestions for changes, as well as talking through the implications of the listed requirements and raising concerns or arguments for or against them.

I suggest we have a few separate conversations, to avoid getting muddled. I’ll start by sending an email dealing with the next three requirements in the list (numbers 6-8) since these would probably benefit from being discussed together. I suggest that anyone who is interested in discussing any other requirement(s) should send an email to start a conversation.
