I agree. We won't truly know that _significant degree_ until we have the data sorted by the Page Rank of each site. Personally, I am more interested in _popular_ sites as a gauge for web standards and an unbiased perspective of markup language use. As an example, that PR4 site does not declare a DocType, has charset=big5 and is all nested tables.
