Yes, Page Rank would be included. The relevance would be in translating PR as authority ranking since Alexa data is derived from those users who have the Alexa toolbar installed and voted. A cursory review of the Top 100 Alexa sites showed some sites with PR5 and PR6. One had PR4. Remember these Top 500 sites have the _popular_ vote.
