John Boyer, IBM (chair)
Steven Pemberton, CWI/W3C
Leigh Klotz, Xerox (minutes)
Nick van den Bleeken, Inventive Designers
Steven Pemberton: Please contact your AC members and others to get them to fill in the PR questionnaire.
Nick van den Bleeken: If you don't register
soon it costs more. http://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35125/TPAC09/
Steven Pemberton: It's in Santa
Clara.
Nick van den Bleeken: Can we meet for more than
just the two days?
John Boyer: That might conflict with
Steven's time.
Leigh Klotz: I can offer space if
there's no room in the hotel.
Steven Pemberton: At the moment I'm
not marked up yet.
John Boyer: We're meeting Monday and
Tuesday for now. If people want to meet Thursday and Friday as
well, we can do that.
Steven Pemberton: There's the AC
meeting on Thursday.
John Boyer: AC meeting starts on
Tuesday and continues Thursday afternoon.
Nick van den Bleeken: It's easier for me to travel
if it's more than just two days.
John Boyer: It would help get a first
public working draft. Is anyone opposed to extending the F2F to
Thursday and Friday?
Leigh Klotz: OK for me except for
possibly during the AC meeting on Thursday afternoon.
Steven Pemberton: Yes, same.
John Boyer: That's great.
Resolution 2009-08-26.1: We extend our TPAC F2F to Thursday and Friday, possibly offsite at Xerox if no hotel meeting space is available.
John Boyer: So no virtual day. We
have deferred to September 3rd, but it's a bit challenging for me
right now. Can we defer that to later in September?
Steven Pemberton: I'd prefer it
too.
John Boyer: So let's pick a new day.
How about October 1?
Resolution 2009-08-26.2: We move our next F2F
Virtual Day to October 1, 7AM-1PM PDT, 10AM-4PM EDT,
1400Z-1900Z.

John Boyer: Ian said they wanted to
debug the problem but I asked if they could just copy it
again.
Steven Pemberton: It's fairly benign,
and as the vote has already gone out, it may cause more
problems.
John Boyer: How do we respond?
Steven Pemberton: We should say that
it is a glitch and will be fixed in the final version.
