Welcome, agenda review, scribe selection, announcements

fjh: I will scribe
... HTML Media Capture Last Call WD has been published, see http://www.w3.org/TR/2013/WD-html-media-capture-20130326/
... last call ends 19 April, I have sent announcement on Chairs list and asked for review from HTML5 and WebApps
... see https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/member-device-apis/2013Mar/0007.html (member only)

Minutes Approval

fjh: just sent minor update to minutes to update formatting of Resolution, no substantive change

http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-device-apis/2013Mar/att-0033/minutes-2013-03-20.html

RESOLUTION: Minutes (revised) from 20 March approved

Update on Media Capture Task Force

gmandyam: substantial revision of media capture stream spec has been published, should review
... reporting API also published
... also working on another spec, Image Capture API, should also look at it, update planned soon

Network Service Discovery

fjh: plan to publish next Thursday 4 April, Rich has been working on preparing draft
... need to add list of changes to status section, is this something you could help with Cathy?

cathy: I can help with that

F2F Planning

Status of F2F, see https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/member-device-apis/2013Mar/0005.html (member-only)

fjh: Although the Web Intents work is expected to progress, it looks like there will not be enough material to warrant scheduling a F2fF around it in June
... Material such as Battery, Vibration, Proximity and Ambient Light warrant a status update, but not much more during a meeting.
... Network Service Discovery is progressing, but not sure everyone involved will be able to attend the F2F and not sure we need a discussion.
... Thus I propose we cancel the June F2F and schedule one when we have a enough material to warrant one. Am I missing anything?

gmandyam: it makes sense to cancel, especially since the AC meeting is the next week.

nobody expresses concern with cancelling

RESOLUTION: DAP June F2F is cancelled.

fjh: we will still have to decide about TPAC, but that is a separate decision
