CSS 2.1 Test Suite: First-letter, generated content change and :hover

Here we are using the normal way

Here we are querying the red color for the font

Conditions to pass this test :
- The first '#' must be orange.
- All chars must have 20pt as size.
- When you hover the DIV:
    - The first '#' should dispear.
    - The second one must became orange (not red nor black).
- When you hover the '#':    - No change should appear
