For the last few days, I've been wondering: when one publishes a resolver,
the PR seems intended to include the did:methods one is promoting/using in
the universal resolver. I then noticed my own resolver was only serving my
own did:methods, and I wonder:
Should EVERY resolver resolve all the methods contained in the Universal
Resolver + the ones being merged? So we have redundancy and
decentralization for ALL merged did:methods?

Or should a resolver only include methods the maintainer fo that resolver
wants to support and it all gets resolved by the DIDs relations?
