On Friday Feburary 6, I sent a question. Now after seeing http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/WD-WCAG20-20060427/appendixB.html, It starts off at H2, and only uses H2. I changed my page to match this model.

 

Is there anything wrong with this for Heading Accessibility 1.3.1
