COGA breakout session: Video url + scribe needed for Wednesday at 9am Boston time

Hi, folks, good news: the organizers added a video url to the W3C calendar
invite, yay! Below are details on when and how to join the meeting, thanks.

Can we get a volunteer to scribe? This will be especially helpful for the
discussion during the second half of the meeting, thanks!

   - 13:00-14:00 UTC
   - 9am-10am Boston time
   - 3pm-4pm Israel time
   - 6:30pm-7:30pm India time
