COGA review of WCAG 3: Agenda, pre-read, and call information for tomorrow/March 19th

Hi, folks, below you'll find the agenda, pre-read, and call information for
tomorrow's meeting, from 9am to 12pm Boston time. Please join for whatever
portion you can, thanks.

*Agenda*

   - *1st hour: *Jan and Len will present to the group their spreadsheet
   review of "Text and Wording"

   (no GitHub issues drafted yet, as of midday Wednesday).
      - They will also share how they used AI to map user needs and themes.
      - If they have time during this first hour, they will also show how
      this spreadsheet approach has been helpful to Global Inclusion reviews of
      other large documents.
   - *2nd hour: *As a group, we will draft and/or refine GitHub issues for
   "Text and Wording."
   - *3rd hour:* We will align on a clearer process for reviewing a WCAG 3
   section, from initial small-group review to formally submitting issues in
   GitHub.

   - Please see Jan's March 17th email to the group, titled "Prereading:
   March 19, 2026 - COGA WCAG 3 Review"
