COGA task force: Agenda and call information for Monday, March 16th

Hi, folks, below are the agenda and call information for Monday's COGA task
force meeting.

*Agenda*

   1. *W3C's Breakouts Day: *COGA will present all 4 research modules in
   one 60-minute session on Wednesday, March 25th, at 9am Boston time, 3pm
   Israel time, 6:30pm India time.
   2. *AI and accessibility: *3 APA discussion threads that COGA may want
   to add comments to:

      - *Thursday meetings:* We consolidated two invites (main meeting and
      working session) into one calendar invite, from 9am to 12pm ET.

   4. *AG survey on three updated WCAG 3 provisions

      - Survey closes March 18th
      - This is separate from COGA's holistic review of WCAG 3 and is
      optional for COGA members to participate in
      - This survey covers 3 provisions updated in Google docs (updates are
      not included yet in working draft or editor's draft):
         - "No flashing"

updates include
