Hi everyone,

We are starting the process of reviewing provisions. We are aiming to get a
regular cadence of these reviews, thus the “01” number for this one.

Currently our main work is in google documents, so comments can be in the
documents or in the survey:

In future, once text is in place and we are refining things,  we may be
able to move to GitHub reviews.

In the meantime, please do review the 4 provisions in the survey, it is
open until the 18th March. Sub-groups will review the feedback, and if
there are discussions needed we will schedule these into the meetings.
