COGA review of WCAG 3: Agenda and call information for Thursday, June 25th

Hi, folks, here's the agenda and meeting information for tomorrow. See you
soon, thanks!

*Agenda*

   - *Scheduling
   <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jLkvaCNxpk1xJ-yuyTWciizRe3GkGWPc-3yu6ZJLIqg/edit?pli=1&tab=t.uggxirp4slpc>
   for the next few weeks*
   - *A**nimation and movement *
      - Need volunteer to draft proximity/co-location issue that applies to
      all of WCAG 3 (inspired by discussion about how Pause, Stop, Hide is
      missing for video/animation
      <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jLkvaCNxpk1xJ-yuyTWciizRe3GkGWPc-3yu6ZJLIqg/edit?pli=1&tab=t.7btf7qjplo1i#heading=h.ltmyw9crojam>
      )
      - Adjust motion/pseudo-motion issue
      <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jLkvaCNxpk1xJ-yuyTWciizRe3GkGWPc-3yu6ZJLIqg/edit?pli=1&tab=t.7btf7qjplo1i#heading=h.ug544rrtrwde>
      to make clearer that no pseudo-motion is allowed
      - Adjust same issue to add exception for "mini-motions" per Rachael
      suggestion
         - Example of micro-interactions
         https://www.nngroup.com/articles/microinteractions/ which I think
         would be the hard part to remove.
      - Consider defining motion so it's clear the main focus of this issue
      is things like changing backgrounds, dynamic color changes for
      attention grabbing buttons, auto-playing videos, things that shift as you
      scroll
   - *Images*
      - Should Eric review this (very large) section
      <https://w3c.github.io/wcag3/guidelines/#images-and-media> next? Or
      work on a different section first?
      - Consider submitting an issue about distracting images—there are
      several COGA patterns about this and the Images section of WCAG 3 seems
      mainly geared for people with low vision
   - *Help and Feedback*
      - Finish reviewing the Help and Feedback issues
      <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jLkvaCNxpk1xJ-yuyTWciizRe3GkGWPc-3yu6ZJLIqg/edit?pli=1&tab=t.uubdkgkddw8k#heading=h.duq826e1a3p>
