COGA task force: No June 8th meeting; async voting due June 12th

Hi, folks, we're canceling the June 8th meeting, but please use that time
to vote on the draft GitHub issues that COGA's Thursday folks have aligned
on for our review of WCAG 3's "Animation and Movement" section.

*How to vote on 9 draft GitHub issues*

   - There are 9 draft GitHub issues

   that are ready for the COGA task force to vote on.
   - The link will take you to a page that starts with background
   information and instructions on how to vote using the tables in this google
   doc.
   - *Deadline: *Please add your votes to the doc by end of day Friday,
   June 12th.
