   - Ready for task force to vote on issues for Animation and Movement

   - Looking unlikely — 3 people on June 1st said they most likely could
   not attend on July 6th

   - Core Structural Pivot: Functional Needs vs. Demographics

      - A lot of support from COGA members to reframe the introduction so
      it starts with functional needs rather than types of disabilities.
      - One possibility is to move the examples of disabilities lower down
      in the introduction, after functional needs.
      - The group also discussed possibly renaming the section about
      “Challenges” so the header uses the phrase “Functional needs”
   - Critical Feedback on Content & Framing

      - Main takeaway from COGA’s discussion about this is that shifting
      away from types of disabilities and focusing more on functional needs may
      help address a perceived overemphasis on older users.
   - Missing Frameworks: Neuroethics & Cognitive Integrity

      - Main takeaway from COGA’s discussion is that it’s important for
      COGA docs to call attention to these issues, but to emphasize more common
      terms like “deceptive” and “predatory” rather than less common terms of
      “neuroethics/cognitive integrity”
