COGA review of WCAG 3: Action items and minutes from August 20th

Hi, folks, IRC had trouble when I input the command to generate the
minutes, and I am getting an error message when I go to the minutes page

Action items

   1.

   Julie to send Rashmi an email about the draft issue about trigger
   warnings, which needs to align with the new findings in the COGA research
   subgroup.
   2.

   Lisa to submit the error-handling item in GitHub (which had been missing
   a link that Lisa has now added).
   3.

   Len to draft general issue about user testing.
   4.

   Group to figure out who will use Lisa’s comments about “Common words” to
   draft a GitHub issue. (Lisa is busy and may not get to this task very soon.)
   5.

   Group to consider drafting a general issue about all guidelines needing
   to consider word choice for things like structure, interactive elements,
   process and task completion, etc.
   6.

   Jennifer to add AI/length comment to Text and Wording.
   7.

   Jennifer to send an email concisely explaining the 4 suggested changes
   to Help and Feedback issues to see if we need to revote before submitting
   in GitHub or if she can just go and submit.
   8.

   Lisa/Julie to carve out time at Monday meeting to tee up issues that are
   ready for voting. Make clear that no vote is considered agreement.
