Hi Folks
Yesterday on the call we discussed an issue from the research group on how
we are representing disabilities in the introduction to our new documents.
This is where we describe what we mean by "people who need
cognitive accessibility support" and what our scope is.
The coga community were unhappy with this description of our user groups.
The main point is they wanted more of a description from a functional
perspective (or using the social model).

.
Let us know if you are happy with it. Please ignore minor edits.
We will hopefully be able to discuss it again next monday. When we are
happy with it, we will ask the community for a call to discuss it.
