Hello, Per our discussion today, here is the information on breakout sessions. Kind regards, Rachael TPAC Breakouts provide a great opportunity for participants to organize discussion among the full W3C community about new or existing Web and W3C topics. This year we have breakout sessions each day of the week. You can help us by making sure your sessions are intended for community discussion of topics. Sessions should not be used for group meetings or as extra time for their group meeting agendas. Once again this year: * Participants will use GitHub to propose, discuss, and update session information. The meeting planners will automatically integrate this GitHub data into the TPAC 2026 site and breakout session calendar [2]. * All breakout sessions will have both a physical and a virtual component: a room in the event venue with Zoom teleconference support. * Zoom information will be available from the TPAC breakout calendar. * Breakouts that are public (the default) will be open to anyone to join remotely, free of charge, without a TPAC registration. We urge participants to propose breakout sessions by 8 October so that the meeting planners can try to resolve scheduling conflicts. On 13 October we expect to announce the breakout schedule for the first three days of the week. Some TPAC attendees have indicated that they would like the option of scheduling breakout sessions in response to discussions that take place at TPAC. For that reason, once TPAC has started attendees may propose additional breakout sessions. We will allocate those sessions to the Thursday afternoon and Friday morning breakout slots. We will allocate the sessions to those slots as we receive them.
