Hi, folks, last week there were 15 draft GitHub issues for the COGA task
force to vote on. Now we're moving on to 10 more issues. See below for
instructions and deadline, many thanks!

   the issues that are ready to vote on.
   - Each draft issue has a table where you can input your vote:
      - +1: Add your name to this row if you agree with the draft issue.
      - -1: Add your name to this row if you have a major concern and explain
      why you think the draft issue needs to be reworked.
      - 0: Add your name to this row if you feel like you don’t have enough
      information to vote.
   - Please do not use “suggesting mode” to suggest small edits /
   wordsmithing as these changes might negate other people’s votes.
