[Time-sensitive] Two COGA action items due tomorrow/April 28th, plus minutes from April 27th meeting

Hi, folks, thanks for the good conversation today. Please see the action
items and minutes from today's meeting. And thank you, Jan, for scribing!

*Action items*
*1. [For the full COGA task force] Please vote on the revised list of names
for the next version of Making Content Usable.*

   - At today's meeting, we added several more rows with new name
   suggestions, including Row 12, which John Kirkwood requested that we add at
   the very end of the meeting after +Lisa Seeman <lisa1seeman@gmail.com>
    left.
   - Please only vote "No" if you object to a name suggestion so much that
   you think it needs to be removed from the list of options.
   - We also added a new voting option: "Prefer no, but can live with."
   - For +Jennifer Reilly <jmreilly@google.com>, +Monteleone, Rebecca
   <Rebecca.Monteleone@utoledo.edu>, and Justine, please take a close look
   at all the options since you voted before we made several additions to the
   list of options.
   - *Voting deadline:* End-of-day tomorrow, Tuesday, April 28th

*2. [For COGA members who are part of AG] Please fill out the AG's
scheduling survey to discuss the conformance model for WCAG 3.*

   - Please fill out the scheduling survey
   <https://www.w3.org/wbs/35422/virtual-meetup/> about which hours you are
   available to attend a virtual AG meeting on May 11th and 12th.
   - This conformance discussion is very important —it would be great if
   lots of COGA members could fill out the scheduling survey and attend.
   - *Survey deadline:* End-of-day tomorrow, Tuesday, April 28th
