COGA review of WCAG 3: Pre-reads and agenda for April 30th meeting

Hey there,

Here's the pre-read for the "COGA review of WCAG 3" meeting on April <https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85338141203?pwd=Tk1LZXI0TUlYT29QVTdXQXpPQ2h1QT09> 30th<https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85338141203?pwd=Tk1LZXI0TUlYT29QVTdXQXpPQ2h1QT09>, when we'll have our initial discussion of the “Text and Wording" section.

Text and Wording Github Drafts<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jLkvaCNxpk1xJ-yuyTWciizRe3GkGWPc-3yu6ZJLIqg/edit?pli=1&tab=t.a8kl7lsifug#heading=h.z5n7lhr2gjnu> <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jLkvaCNxpk1xJ-yuyTWciizRe3GkGWPc-3yu6ZJLIqg/edit?pli=1&tab=t.a8kl7lsifug#heading=h.z5n7lhr2gjnu>

Please note:

  * We are recommending COGA submit 3 GitHub issues.

  * The 4th GitHub issue on our tab may be needed after our conversation. But, we are still tracking down the history and intent behind that provision.

A couple notes on the reviewing process:

  * All COGA members are encouraged to add asynchronous comments by end of day April 29th and to come to the April 30th discussion.

  * We will use our time together on Thursday to align on the draft issues and, when ready, we'll send cleaned-up versions for the task force to vote on.

Thanks in advance for your time, and please let me know if you have any questions.

Len
