COGA review of WCAG 3: Pre-read for April 23rd discussion of "Interactive Components" section

Hi, folks, here's the pre-read for the "COGA review of WCAG 3" meeting on
April 23rd

when we'll have our initial discussion of the "Interactive Components"
section. Please note:

   - "Interactive Components" is a large section with 5 subsections.
   - The pre-read I'm sending today
   <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jLkvaCNxpk1xJ-yuyTWciizRe3GkGWPc-3yu6ZJLIqg/edit?tab=t.qrwl38yxhls4>
   has draft eight GitHub issues.
   - These issues cover the first four subsections.
   - John and I are still working on the issues for the 5th subsection.
   We'll send another email when those last few issues are ready to review.

*A couple notes on the reviewing process: *

   - All COGA members are encouraged to add asynchronous comments by end of
   day April 22nd and to come to the April 23rd discussion.
   - We will use our time together on Thursday to align on the draft issues
   and, when ready, we'll send cleaned-up versions for the task force to vote
   on.
