WCAG 3 issues based on 2.6 Animation and Movement - please read and vote before April 16

Hi all

Per our weekly reviews (COGA review of the WCAG 3 working draft

we are asking COGA members to review and vote on issues that we feel should
be entered into Github for review by the WCAG 3 team.  .

The section related to 2.6 Animation and Movement

reviewed and the following issues originated by COGA could be created.
We do want a quorum for the issues so please do add your +1, or 0, or -1 to
Column M, N or O of the Review tracker

Votes are welcome until *Thursday April *16. After that, issues with enough
support will be entered

Short Summary of issues remember that voting is on the Review Tracking
sheet, Column M (-1, disagree), N (0, unsure) and O (+1 agree).  Add your
username to your vote column.

   animations
